Vendors’ T&C

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TSOT Events Tab website (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree to these T&C, please refrain

from using the Platform’s services.

2.  Definitions

  • “Vendor” refers to individuals or organizations listing events on the Platform.
  • “User” refers to individuals accessing and using the Platform to browse, sign up for, or interact with events.
  • “TSOT Events Tab” refers to the website and its operators.
  • “Event” refers to any gathering, activity, or function listed on the Platform by vendors.

3.  Vendor Responsibilities

  • Event Listings: Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their events, including event descriptions, dates, locations, and any associated fees.
    • Compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards when listing events on the Platform.
    • Communication: Vendors are responsible for communication with users, including responding to inquiries and providing necessary event-related information.
    • Cancellation Policy: Vendors should clearly outline their event cancellation and refund policies in their event listings.

4.  Vendor Prohibited Activities

Vendors are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities when listing events on TSOT Events Tab:

  • False Information: Vendors must not provide false, misleading, or deceptive information about their events, including but not limited to event descriptions, dates, locations, pricing, or any other relevant details.
    • Infringement: Vendors must not list events that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or any other proprietary rights.
    • Illegal Activities: Vendors must not list events that involve or promote illegal activities, including but not limited to activities that are unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
    • Hate Speech and Discrimination: Vendors must not promote hate speech, discrimination,

harassment, or any form of harmful content based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, or other protected characteristics.

  • Spam and Unwanted Communication: Vendors must not engage in spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited or unwanted communications to users.
  • Impersonation: Vendors must not impersonate TSOT Events Tab, its affiliates, or any other individual or entity when listing events or communicating with users.
    • Manipulation of Reviews and Ratings: Vendors must not engage in the manipulation of reviews, ratings, or feedback on the Platform, including posting fake reviews or artificially inflating their event ratings.
    • Violation of Laws and Regulations: Vendors must not list events that violate any applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards.
    • Data Privacy Violations: Vendors must not collect or use user data in violation of applicable data protection laws and regulations. Personal data must be handled in accordance with TSOT Events Tab’s Privacy Policy.
    • Abuse of Platform Features: Vendors must not misuse any features or functionalities of the Platform to engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.
    • Respect for User Privacy: Vendors must respect user privacy and should not share or disclose personal information obtained through the Platform without explicit user consent.

Violation of these vendor prohibited activities may result in immediate suspension or termination of the vendor’s account and the removal of their event listings from TSOT Events Tab, at the discretion of the platform administrators.

6.  TSOT Events Tab Responsibilities

  • Platform Operation: TSOT Events Tab will make reasonable efforts to maintain the functionality and availability of the Platform.
    • Data Privacy: TSOT Events Tab will handle user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these T&C.
    • Content Moderation: TSOT Events Tab reserves the right to moderate and remove content that violates these T&C or any applicable laws.

7.  Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: TSOT Events Tab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform.

8.  Modifications and Termination

TSOT Events Tab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform at any time, with or without notice. Users and vendors agree that TSOT Events Tab shall not be liable for any

modification, suspension, or termination.

9.  Governing Law

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of India.
