Welcome to TSOT Events Tab (“TSOT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms of Service (“ToS”) carefully before using our website at https://events.tsot.space (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree with these ToS, please do not use our website.

1.  Website Description

TSOT Events Tab is a platform designed to assist event organizers in seamlessly organizing events by providing digital and logistical resources.

2.  User Accounts and Registration

1. User accounts are automatically created when registering on a form hosted on our Website. Registrations for events hosted on other websites may have different registration processes.
   1. Users can also manually register by providing their name, email address, and phone number. Vendor account registration requires additional information as outlined in our Privacy Policy (Section 1c).

3.  User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for reviewing event details listed on the Website and reporting any suspicious activity. While payments made online should be documented, please note that TSOT Events Tab is not liable for any damages caused by events listed on our platform.

4.  Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://events.tsot.space/privacy-policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5.  Content Submission

1. Vendors must adhere to the guidelines specified in the Event Listing Terms and Conditions when listing events.
   1. Users can review events they have participated in. Reviews containing abuse will be removed, and spammy reviews may be held for assessment and removal to prevent review manipulation.

6.  Intellectual Property

1. Users who download copyrighted material from TSOT Events Tab must comply with the terms and conditions set by the copyright owner.
   1. To report any material infringing on the copyright of others, please use our DMCA form.

7.  Payment and Fees

1. Users can make payments for events if the event owner allows it, subject to the event owner’s terms and conditions.
   1. Vendor fees are outlined at https://events.tsot.space/vendors-fee after registering as a vendor on TSOT Events Tab.

8.  Termination and Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion, which may take up to 7 business days to complete. We reserve the right to terminate accounts reported by other users or those violating our ToS.

9.  Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to the Website will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Government of India. TSOT Events Tab may act as a mediator to address grievances between users and vendors.

10.  Liability and Disclaimers

TSOT Events Tab is not responsible for any financial, physical, or mental harm caused by events listed on our platform. Events are solely the responsibility of the vendors. TSOT Events Tab will not be liable for refunds made outside the platform.

11.  Changes to the ToS

We will notify users of ToS changes via email. The changes are final and will apply to users who continue to use the platform.

12.  Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of the Government of India.
